They are all non-slash, but portray a very strong father/son relationship between the two. Almost all of them take place in the 25 years between Obi-Wan Kenobi's birth and Qui-Gon Jinn's death and focus mainly on Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan's adventures as Master and Padawan in a galaxy full of turmoil. Many of the stories reference one another, but can be read alone as well. They are listed by order in which they take place.
